Hah! That had me think, what about having your phone actually called, 
instead of SMS? I sleep right through my phone's SMS--too many nagios 
false alarms.

Turns out there's this: http://snoozester.com/ , a paid service that 
will call you up any time you want. And they have a free trial, easy to 
get set up in time for Saturday.

But more appropriate for most of us on this list, is setting up Asterisk
