    I, for one, would like to thank you both for thrice cc:ing gslug, 
and triggering what is sure to be an amusing cc: shitstorm during the 
next few hours.

    As on-topic aside to this off-topic thread, if Dave (or anyone else) 
has free books to give away, LinuxFest Northwest is coming up in April, 
and Linux books make great raffle prizes.

    If you're interested in donating stuff to LFNW, please contact me -- 
dare I say it? -- off-list, and I'll coordinate getting it delivered to 
one of the official LFNW organizers (like Adrian, Brian, whoever...).
