Hi everyone, this time around, Eric and I got on the ball right after
the meeting, and we've gotten the meeting page created for next month,
and the home page updated. If you'd like to attend, please RSVP, and of
course if you'd like to present on something, add your self to the agenda.

Thanks to everyone who helped out with the meeting this time, we had a
bunch of stuff to deal with in terms of moving to another room, but it
went pretty flawlessly. At peak, we got a head-count of 48 people!

Eric and myself had numerous people telling us that they loved the
meeting and enjoyed the structure, and when the audience was polled
several times through the day, no one would say anything bad about the
new (now ongoing) structure, except for that if someone would like to
give a longer presentation, that should be a possibility.

If anyone is ever interested in giving a lengthier, traditional
(30-60min) presentation, feel free to voice your opinion for doing so,
but I think the community will expect good reason for it, as several
people have expressed that they do not like presentations that are too
long with too much filler that puts them to sleep, which is a common
problem filling up 60 minutes of presentation time.

Next month we should be back in the same room, IB 3420, and we're told
that they will have a brand-new projector there for us.
