Despite its name, FileZilla is a workable, no cost, SFTP client for  
Windows.  And it doesn't take the PhD in computer science that puTTY  
does to configure.  (OK--I never have good luck getting puTTY going.   
I'm sure others do, or it would have gone away by now.)
