I've really like Microsoft input devices. I've had to stock up on the
Trackball Explorer 1.0 since it was discontinued. Computer mice do a
number on my wrist but the MS Trackball Explorer 1.0 works great for
me. I get the added benefit of confusing the heck out of people who
try to use my computer. I'm sure the Dvorak keyboard layout has a
similar benefit.
