I returned a TV that failed out of the box, approaching the counter<br>
prepared to give an account.<br>
<br>
The the counterperson didn't even give me a chance -- just looked at the<br>
receipt, lifted the TV into a container, and handed me a wad of cash.<br>
With a smile.<br>
