Anyone mind giving me some pointers on troubleshooting Alsa? I finally made the step to replace Ubuntu with Arch on my desktop, and it appears as though everything has been detected (haven&#39;t bothered with acpi and other things yes) except for sound, kinda.<div>
<br></div><div>Alsa shows the device when I go in and I see all the expected channels (snd_pcsp is blacklisted so it&#39;s not loading that) and they aren&#39;t muted. I confirmed that my user is in the audio group and I can&#39;t get anything to play through the speakers. I have tried aplay on an alsa test file and mpd (runs as root since it&#39;s a daemon). I haven&#39;t gotten anything out of them and I&#39;ve done some searching and have had no luck so far.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I&#39;m stumped as to what it is, I&#39;ve verified I have the right module loaded (snd-hda-intel) and Alsa is seeing the right audio device? It&#39;s the intergrated audio on my Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe Wireless.</div>
